He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Byassee and Jessie Cox Byassee; his brother Mandel Byassee; and his nephew Larry Dale Byassee. He is survived by: his wife Carol Courtney Byassee of Arlington; his children, Tracie Byassee (Bryan Jones) of Clinton, Richie Byassee of Paducah, Austin Tyler (Danielle) of Benton and Alan Tyler (Marcia Beck) of Symsonia; and his sisters, Margaret Byassee of Arlington and Janice Simon of Arlington. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
