She is survived by: her children, Rick Stephenson, Donna Cook Louisville (Brad), Diane Barga Benton (Ray) and Terry Don Stephenson (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Chuck Stephenson (Pat), Tyler Cook (Cara), Justin Cook (Anna), Mackenzie Everly (Dave), Rachel Long (Evan), Stephen Barga, Adrienne Rawls (Brandon), Meredith Stephenson and Camille Stephenson (Cameron).
