He is survived by: his children, Michael Payne of Bardwell and Cheryl Gatewood of Bardwell; and his siblings, Stella Johnson of Arlington, Fran Garber of Arlington, Marilyn Hayden of Clinton, Carolyn Peeler of Mayfield, Rita Sellars of Mayfield, Hale of Mayfield, William Lee of Berkley, Billy Lee of Arlington, Charles Lee of Arlington and Jimmy Lee of South Fulton. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
