He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Bugg and Delphia Bradley Bugg; and his sisters, Frances Bell and Joyce Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Yong Ye Bugg; his children, Linda Bugg Flykt and Robert Bugg (Cassandra) of Pillager, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Cody Leibold, Cole Leibold, Trista Anderson (Erik), Courtney Flykt, Alexandra Flykt, McKenzie Nichols and Gunner Nichols; and his great grandchildren, Liam Leibold, Franklie Leibold, Duncan Leibold and Henry Anderson.
