We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2023, at the age of 92, Frank Carter of Arlington, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Alta Long Carter; his former wife Jeanine Hall Carter; his brothers, G. B. Carter, Charles Carter and Ollie Carter; and his great grandchild Chad Gourley.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Featherstone Carter of Arlington; his sister-in-law Ann Carter; his stepchildren, Alleta Edging of Paducah, Vickie Gourley (Dennis) of Lone Oak, Bill Hall (Sherri) of Arlington and David Byrum (Lisa) of Bardwell; his grandchildren, Holly Edging of Paducah, Melissa Henry of Paducah, Sabrina Byrum of Bardwell, Sara Crowder of Paducah, Mandy Gruber of Arlington, Chase Byrum of Paducah, Blake Byrum of Arlington and Jay Hall of Arlington; his niece Dana Polivick (Bradley); and his nephews, Gary Carter Denver (Carol) and Charles Carter. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
