We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2018, at the age of 98, Evelyn Cole Gardner (Arlington, Kentucky), born in Arlington, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn Cole Gardner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Cole and Bessie Cole (Dodd); her husband John L. Gardner; and her siblings, Everett, Lawrence, Perry Jr. and Elsie Webber.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Gardner of Derby, Virginia Fitzpatrick of Lake Dallas, TX and Carolyn McInteer of Minneola, KS. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to John L. and Evelyn C. Gardner Scholarship Fund at Hutchinson Community College, in care of Hutchinson Community College Endowment Association, or Hospice and HomeCare of Reno County, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
