It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Sullivan (Arlington, Kentucky), born in West Ridge, Arkansas, who passed away on December 31, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Sharon Kay Fugate; and his brother-in-law Ernie Peavler. He is survived by: his wife Freeda Kay; his son James Donald Sullivan Jr. (Rebecca) of Merrionette Park, Illinois; his stepson Dennis Stover of Brooklyn; his siblings, Betty Earline Peavler of Bono, Joan Sullivan of Chicago, Illinois and Thomas Richard Sullivan (Colleen) of Chicago, Illinois; his stepdaughter Lori Henderson of Chicago, Illinois; and his stepgrandchildren, Alexis Smitley and Michael Palumbo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
