She was predeceased by: her parents, Verble Flowers and Christine Hobbs; her husband Charles Ray Curtsinger; and her sister Rose Whitlock of Texas. She is survived by: her son Clyde DeWayne Curtsinger (Donna) of Arlington, Kentucky; her brother Bobby Evans; her grandsons, William Curtsinger (Holly) of Arlington, Kentucky and Calvin Curtsinger (Elizabeth) of Arlington, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Curtsinger, Kennedy Curtsinger and Tinslee Curtsinger. She is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
