She was predeceased by: her sister Tish Emmerson; and her grandson Kendrick Prater-Jones. She is survived by: her parents, LeRoy Nedeau and Norene Nedeau (Mills); her daughters, Chelcee Owens (Justin Combs) of Arlington and Caitlyn Owens (Nic Prater-Jones) of Houston, TX; her siblings, Felicia Brock (Tim, Chris Nedeau) of Wichita, Louis Charles Nedeau of Wichita and Pat Conner (Doug) of Derby; and her grandchildren, Kendall Combs and Nicholas Prater-Jones. She is also survived by her daughters' school district and was most recently living with her father and working as his caregiver.
