She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Crittendon and Carolyn Sue Mathis Crittendon; her husband Kenneth E. Adams, Sr.; her son Jason Franklin; her sister Magel Gore; and her grandson Troy D. Adams.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Adams, Jr. (Brenda) of Oklahoma, Tony Adams (Casey) of Bardwell and Rachel Reynolds (Ronald) of Arlington; and her siblings, DeWayne Crittendon (Tammy) of Hardin, Lynn Crittendon (Yvette) of Hardin, Timothy Crittendon of Hardin, Mark Crittendon (Trish) of Paducah and Candy Duncan (Jackie) of Paducah. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren; and her two great grandchildren.
