She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Richmond and Miriam Richmond; her husband James Franklin Harper; her son Timothy Harper; and her brothers, Glen Richmond, Owen Richmond, Donald Richmond and Fredrick Richmond.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanatte Nink (Paul) of Middleville, Michigan, Chris Harper (Donna) of Milburn and Barry. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
