She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashley Maise and Brittany Maise; her siblings, Johnny "Jay" (Henrietta Patrick), George (Sherry Patrick), Daniel Patrick, Hannah Roark, Dorothy Adams and Jimmie Beth Smith; and her caregivers, Mary Johnson and Janet Warren. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
