She is survived by: her husband Charles Green of Arjay, Kentucky.; her family, Connie Warren, Floyd Warren, Carlos Lee Warren, Rosco Smith, Alice Smith, Patty Ward and Reba Collins; and her close friends, Bonnie Branham and Teresa Banks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
