She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Rutherford; her parents, Jack Smith and Opal Smith; and her son Jackie Rutherford. She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Harbin, Deborah Woolum, Mike Smith and John Smith; her sons, Jason Rutherford (Danielle) of Lexington, KY and Ean Rutherford of Lexington, KY; her daughter-in-law Sonja Rutherford of Morristown, TN; and her grandchildren, Isabella, Tressa, Hailey, Alexis and Gavin Rutherford.
