He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Horsley and Wanda Louise Griffith Horsley. He is survived by: his children, Gabriel Luke Horsley of Harrogate, Tennessee, Marianne Horsley of Novi and Samantha McIntosh (Michael) of Newport, Michigan; his siblings, James Phillip Horsley of Argillite, Kentucky and Joanne Mays (Dustin) of Bellefonte, Kentucky; the mother of his children Jean Smith of Southgate, Michigan; and his nieces, Taylor Mays and Alexa Mays.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Horsley-Nichols Cemetery.
