He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kay Sammons; his sons, Lowell Howard Sammons, Jr. (Meagen) of Zephrhills, FL and Reggie Lee Sammons (Kati Jo) of Inez, KY; his siblings, Thomas C. Sammons, Jr. of Inez, KY, John O. Sammons (Rosann) of Winchester, KY, Linda Harris (Dan) of Sadieville, KY and Patty Webb (Brian) of Lovely, KY; his siblings-in-law, Rudy Hammonds (Connie) of Inez, KY and Alice Stepp (Johnny) of Inez, KY.; and his grandchildren, Lowell Heath Sammons, Zoe Kaylynn Sammons and Zander Lee Sammons. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
