She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason Crum and Sharlotte Gillum Crum. She is survived by: her husband Carl Lee Blevins of Argillite; her daughter Cara North (Mathew) of Groveport, Ohio; and her brother Michael Crum (Lisa) of Argillite. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
