He is survived by: his parents, Allen Sr. Zabrieszack and Hattie Howard Zabrieszack; his son Allen Jacob Zabrieszack; his siblings, Amy Zabrieszack, Renee Zabrieszack (Todd) and Andy Zabrieszack (Christy); his nieces and nephews, Amber Brown (Tommy), Dakota Maddox, Abbie Brown (Austin), Andrew Zabrieszack (Hillary) and Kaeden Boyle; his great-nephews, Elijah, Zeek Brown and Boone Shelby Brown; and his grandmother Edith Howard. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and a multitude of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, Attn: Office of Development, 2900 Rocky Point Drive Tampa, FL 33607, a cause close to Allen's heart.
