He was predeceased by: his father Joe Spurlock; and his brother Mendall Keith Day. He is survived by: his mother Emma Lee Day (Smith); his siblings, Amanda Day of Annville and Delbert Spurlock of Mt. Vernon; and his nieces and nephews, Leanee Spoonmore (Phillip), Rachel Spurlock, Alyssa Wilson, Madison, Powell, Adam Spurlock and Jayden Hurst.
