It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Cook of Annville, Kentucky, born in Puxico, Missouri, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest and Kathryn Harbin Cook; and his grandson Nicholas David Mathis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Joyce Drain Cook of Annville, KY; his children, Blake Meredith (Laura) of Farmers Branch, TX, Jeremy Meredith (Ricki) of Beeville, TX and Shawna Mathis of Annville, KY.; his grandchildren, Danielle Cook, Robert Cook, Shay Mathis, Landon Meredith, Justin, Ally Furstenberg, Jordon, Wesley and Allison Meredith; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Martinez and Aubree Mathis.
