He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Banks and Vernie Banks. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Banks (Smith) of Annville; his sons, Larry Banks of Annville and William Banks (Anna) of Keavy; and his grandchildren, Landon, Lucas and Alivia Banks. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
