She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Smith and Bonnie Hall Smith; and her sons, Rick Spurlock and Mendal Day. She is survived by: her husband Carlo Day of Annville; her children, Delbert Spurlock of Mt. Vernon and Amanda Day of Annville; and her siblings, Lester Smith of Annville and Judy Hubbard of McKee. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
