She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Mullins and Lula Johnson Breeding (Dennis); her former husband Robert "Bulldog" Fields Jr.; her brother Kash Mullins; her nephews, Josh Williams and Kaiden Barker; and her niece Rebecca Ann.
She is survived by: her husband Sidney Sams; her children, Priscilla Fultz (Freddy), Cheyanne Sams, Jason Fultz (Shelia), JJ Fultz (Pamela) and Harold Quillen II (Michelle); her siblings, Genie Williams, Dorothy Collins, Lou Ada Rogers, Thelma Ratliff, Kenneth, Charlie, Rayen Joe, Roy Lee, Woody and William Ray Mullins; and her grandchildren, Jason Del (Megan), Debra Lynn, Kara, McKayla, Hayley, Gracie, Jonathon, Roy Dalton, LeeAnna, Hunter, Chandler, Gunner, Bryson, Brayden, Stephanie and Dalton.
