He is survived by: his wife Martenna McGuffey Foster of Scottsville, KY; his son Billy Foster of Goodlettsville, TN; his sisters, Linda Thacker (Joe) of Scottsville, KY and Reda Meador (Darrell) of Gallatin, TN.; and his pet Lillie.
