He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Dale Jones, Sr. and Gladvine Bernice Young Jones. He is survived by: his wife Janet Jones; his children, April Cosby (Michael) of Alvaton, KY. and Jon Jones (Ashley) of Alvaton, KY.; his grandchildren, Hunter Cosby, Mason Cosby and Greyson Jones; his siblings, Roger Jones and Teresa Jones; and his adoptive daughter Robin Daniels (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapels (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donation be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund or to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
