He is survived by: his wife Janet Jones; his children, April Cosby (Michael) of Alvaton, KY. and Jon Jones (Ashley) of Alvaton, KY.; his grandchildren, Hunter Cosby, Mason Cosby and Greyson Jones; his siblings, Roger Jones and Teresa Jones; and his adoptive daughter Robin Daniels (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donation be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund or to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
