She is survived by: her husband Jackie Dozier of Alvaton, KY; her daughters, Kyla Staple (Shawn) of Alvaton, KY and Katie Dozier of Alvaton, KY; her siblings, Todd Woods (Angela), Bettie Anderson (Danny), Sebrina, Linda Smith of Scottsville, KY and Brenda Perry; and her grandson Beckett Staple. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
