She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry Richard Payne and Annie Moore Payne; her former husband William "Billy" Martin, Jr.; and her siblings, Terry Franklin Payne, Mary Ella Payne, Shirley Maynard and Phyllis Payne.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Rutherford; her sons, William Nicholas Martin (Tina) and John Edward Martin (Katrina VanOver); her stepsons, Chris Rutherford (Lisa) and Barry Rutherford; her grandchildren, Josh Martin, Duncan Martin, Dakota Rigsby (Tara), Taylor Whelchel, Kassie Mathews (Jewel), Justin Clapper (Heather) and Jennifer Capps (Jamie); her sister Frances Beckner; and her pet Tucker.
