She was predeceased by: her parents, Osbay Shirley and Jewell Bray Shirley. She is survived by: her husband J. C. Howard; her children, Kim Howard Hoover (Jay) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Jamie Howard (Kim) of Bowling Green and Katrina Howard Arnold (Keith) of Nashville, TN.; her close friend Little Bit; her grandchildren, Kristi Hoover Oakes, Briana Hoover Shelton, Erin Hoover, Zachary Howard, Michael Howard, Ava Howard, Alex Slocum and Austin Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Clayton Shelton and Jaylen Oakes. She is also survived by Several cousins, nieces, nephews, great friends.
