She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Creek (Darlas); her grandchildren, Chastity and Chelsea; her great grandchild Jennifer Gouy (James); her siblings, Doris Cosby, Alice Parker, Judy Adamson, Mary Sledge, Sherry Martin, Jimmy, Dennis and Timmy Hearld; and also, Isaiah Creek and Lillian Gouy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
