With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clarice U. Dinwiddie of Alvaton, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Upton and Zula M. Lightfoot Upton; her son Steven H. Dinwiddie; her brother Carroll Upton; and her sister-in-law Beth Upton.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie D. Carter (David) of Bowling Green; her grandsons, David W. Carter (Kelsey) of Bowling Green, KY and Michael R. Carter (Candace) of Middleburg, FL; her great grandchildren, Etta Claire, William Lee David Carter of Bowling Green, KY, Isla Marguerite and Clive Ryan Carter of Middleburg, FL; and her nieces and nephews, Pam Wood (Mike) of Ridgefield, WA, Julie Brister (Scott) of Austin, TX, Laura Brewer (Roger) of Alvaton, KY, John Upton (Jennifer) of Alvaton, KY and Charles Upton of Bowling Green, KY..
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (1940 Scottsville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42104).
