She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Leach and Belvie Baize Leach; and her siblings, Doris Jean Parks, Claudine Jones, Anna Murlene Miller, Floyd, Roger and Larry Leach.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Madison (James Paul) of Alvaton, KY and Tim White (Pamela) of Thornton; her grandchildren, Elliott Madison of Scottsville, KY, Spencer White of Green Bay and Shelby White of South Korea; her brothers, Harrel Leach of Beaver Dam, KY and Darrel Leach (Betty) of Beaver Dam, KY; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Leach of Fulton, KY and Bernice Sublett (Eddie) of Morgantown, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
