He is survived by: his parent Allene Stice; his wife Carolyn Holman Stice; his sons, Roger Stice (Vicki) and Tessie Stice; his sister Patsy Crick of Alvaton; his grandchildren, Brandon Stice of Bowling Green, Jordan Stice (Jeanna) of Bowling Green and Sabrina Stice of Bowling Green; his great grandchildren, Mason Stice, Roland Stice and Ryder Stice; his sister-in-law Brenda Willoughby; his nieces and nephews, Dale Crick, Kevin Willoughby (Cathy), Steve Willoughby (Evelyn) and Michelle Webb (Todd); and also Bowling Green.
