He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Frank and Vivian Ann Nevins Thompson of Tompkinville; his pet Maddy Bear; his wife Drema Murphy Thompson; his daughter Paisley Dawn Thompson; his grandmother Jean Nevins of Tompkinsville; his parents-in-law, Dwight and Donna Murphy of Liberty; his sister-in-law Tiffany Sharp (Ronnie) of Liberty; his grandfather-in-law Phyllis Lyons of Campbellsville; his niece Lily Nicole Sharp; and his nephew Ryan Levi Sharp. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
