She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Shockley and Delmer Earl Steenbergen. She is survived by: her husband Joseph William Fields; her children, Terry Joe Fields (Amanda) of Morgantown, Sandra Pedigo of Bowling Green, Debbie Upton of Bowling Green and Billy Joe Fields (Kacey) of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Jeffery David Fields, Joseph Michael Fields, Blake Fields, Cassie Mosley, Abby Upton, Dylan Upton, Mason Fields and Hudson Fields; and her brothers, Roger Steenbergen and Larry Steenbergen. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
