He was predeceased by: his daughters, Sally Sue Spicer and Annie Lynn Spicer. He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Spicer, Jr. and Saley Spicer; his daughter Betty Rose Spicer; his siblings, Scottie Spicer (Tracey) and Connie Ritchie (Mike); his nephew Ryan Spicer (Brooke); and his niece Abigail Ritchie. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
