He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Milam and Neva Deaton Milam; and his sisters, Wilma Griffith, Betty (Jim Blair) and Geraldine (Frankie Hutchinson).
He is survived by: his wife Addie Milam of Hazard, KY; his children, Betty Milam of Hazard, KY and Donald White of Morehead, KY; his great grandchildren, Karlee Tilford, Eli Tilford and Kyson McIntosh; and his siblings, Brant Turner, Ronald (Ellen Milam), Colleene Sandlin (Junior) of Buckhorn, KY, Donna Milam of Hazard, KY, Lana Burkholder of Somerset, KY and Judy Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to cover funeral expenses.
