He was predeceased by: his parents, Robin Riley and Bitha Smith Riley; his wife Mallie Miller Riley; and his brothers, Bert, A. D. and Vernon Riley.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Elrod of Altro, KY, David Darrell Riley of Altro, KY and Robert Lee Riley (Jewel); his sisters, Geneva Turner and Alma Sandlin (Charles) of Hazard, KY; his grandchildren, Jamie Estep (Billy), Jessica Orender (Aaron) and Jason Elrod (Chloie); and his great grandchildren, Megan Estep, Gage Orender and J. J. Elrod. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
