She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Blackwell and Barbara Blackwell; her daughter Samantha Sperry; and her brother Paul Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Tony Artis; her children, Kimberly Ann Jones and Tyler Frank Cole; her grandchildren, Katie, Jackson, June B, Samuel, Mattison and Jacob; her siblings, Amanda, William Haynes and Kevin Lee; and her nephews, Mathew and Calvin. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
