He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster "Buck" Ratliff and Celia Ratliff (Coleman); his daughter Deborah Ann Bogue Giammona; and his siblings, Jerry Ratliff and Linda Martin.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Marie Ratliff of Albuquerque, NM; his siblings, Michael Ratliff, Gary Dean Ratliff (Patricia) and Linda Coleman (Joe); his sister-in-law Erina Ratliff; his grandsons, Nathan Bogue and Craig Bogue (Jaclyn); and his great grandchildren, Sean Bogue and Taylor Bogue. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
