She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Randolph; and her husband Marvin Earl Faulkner. She is survived by: her children, Anita Myrick (Bud) of Murray, Cheryl Caulk (Van) of Bartlett and George R. Tune III (Doris) of Naperville, IL; her stepsons, Dr. Marvin Faulkner of Kansas City and Larry Dale Faulkner of Mesquite, TX; and her sister Lollie Blakemore Gray of Festus, MO.. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be sent to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Alzheimer's Association.
