She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Stephen Kent Lacewell (Melissa) of Murray, KY and Andrew Cecil Lacewell (Shelley) of Medina, TN; her grandchildren, Taryn Lacewell of Murray, KY, Greyson Lacewell of Murray, KY, Spencer Lacewell of Medina, TN and Trevor Lacewell of Medina, TN; and her sister Bonnie McAlister of Franklin, TN.
