He is survived by: his siblings, Berlene Lowery, Charles, Ray and Gene Starks; his wife Brenda Johnson; his sister Gail McCuiston of Murray; his children, Kim Phillips (Steve) of Hazel and Keith Starks (Shelia Haley) of Almo; and his grandsons, Kyle Starks (Kailey) of Almo, Jeremy Phillips (Sheila) of Almo, Brandon Phillips (Danielle) of Lexington and Klent Starks (Mary Grace) of Murray. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
