He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee and Calis Clayton Lee; his son Hugh Wayne "Butch" Thompson; and his brother Clayton Lee. He is survived by: his wife Euple Burkeen Lee; his daughters, Paulette Sykes (Michael) of Murray, Pam Vidmer (Steve) of Murray, Renee Buckingham of Murray and Tina Wilson (Michael) of Murray; and his daughter-in-law Linda Thompson Tidwell. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
