She was predeceased by: her former husband Cyrus Coleman Chapman; her husband Gerald D. Johnson; her daughter Judy Chapman Smith; and her brothers, Reynolds Harper and Sam Harper.
She is survived by: her sons, C. C. Chapman, Clarksville and Tommy Chapman of Allensville, KY. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
