She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Cales and Ann Coleman Cales. She is survived by: her fiancé Louis Duke of Allensville; her sons, Adam Ruth of Brownsville and Winston Duke of Allensville; and her siblings, Bobby Breen of Louisville, Kentucky, Barbara Jewell of Middleburg and Louise Polston of Owensboro, Kentucky. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
