She is survived by: her children, Ronald Keith Caudill (Jeanne) of Prestonsburg, KY and Kathy L. Hayes (Randy) of Stanville, KY; her sister Barabara Tackett of Allen, KY; her grandchildren, Jennifer McKinney (Rob), Ashla Vanhoose (Josh), Heidi Taylor-Caudill (James) and Lynsey Bowe (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Tyler McKinney, Taylor McKinney, Allie Samples, Nickolas Samples and Abram Samples.
