He was predeceased by: his father Delmer Parsons. He is survived by: his mother Frances Kay Honaker Parsons of Winchester; his wife Brenda Slone Parsons; his children, Delmer Parsons of Allen, Terry Anthony Parsons of West Virginia, Andrew Parsons of Paintsville, Nicholas Parsons of David, Mark Parsons of David, Kentucky and Santana Williams of Salyersville, Kentucky; and his sister Sherry Parsons. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren & 1 Great Grandchild.
