She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Tackett and Elizabeth Tackett; her daughter Janie Elizabeth Lemaster; her son-in-law Paul Edward "Pete" Lemaster; her brothers, Monfort and Clenon Tackett; and her nephews, Brandon Hueseman and Wendell Tackett.
She is survived by: her son Richie R. Reynolds of Allen; her grandchildren, Katelyn Hicks (Wes) of Prestonsburg and Zachary Lemaster of Ivel; her great grandchild Amelia Kate Elizabeth Hicks; her siblings, Linda Sue Hueseman (Jerry), Carol Blackburn (Gene), Marvin Tackett (Barbara), Wilkie Tackett (Roselane), Milford Tackett, Michael Tackett (Patty) and Todd Tackett (Cathy); and her sister-in-law Barbara Tackett of North Carolina.
