She was predeceased by: her parents, Galloway Lafferty and Nellie Kinzer Lafferty. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Neile Osborne; her children, Neile Osborne (Rebecca) of East Point, Dwayne Osborne (Ginger) of Allen, Kentucky and Leslie Scott of Winchester, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Chandis Fogg (Andrew), Jacob Scott, Samantha Osborne, Thomas Osborne, Chelsea Osborne and Laurel Osborne; her great grandchildren, Evelyn Fogg and Elwood Fogg; and her sisters, Rita Porter (WC) of Allen, Kentucky, Caregivers, Hattie Jones, Sondra Spurlock, Savannah Hunt, Tera Newsome and Brittany Jones.
