Stephens of Allen, KY, Charlotte Stumbo of Allen, KY, Sandra Irene Isaacs of Banner, KY and Lorita Jeanette Cassel of Hamilton, GA; her siblings, Clarence Davis of Prestonsburg, KY, William Davis of Prestonsburg, KY, Loretta Henderson of Newark, OH and Phoebe Sowards of Ypsilanti, MI; and her grandchildren, Angie McDonald, Tracy Towels, Pamela Foster, Monica Stephens, Steven Cassel, Ronnie Harrell, Jimmy Willis, Dennis Willis, Jesse Lee Isaacs, James Isaacs and Loren Anthony Stephens. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
